You can either pay with your credit/debit cards or eCheck through paypal. If you bank with Bank of Montreal, CIBC, Royal Bank, Scotiabank, or TD Canada Trust, you can send us a payment directly from your bank account using Email Money Transfers option. However, if you prefer the traditional methods, you can also make a payment over the phone or mail us a money order. Can you show me how to place an order and make a payment? For all the online transactions, your credit and debit information are collected by a third party secure system (e.g. paypal). Yes, you will receive an order confirmation and a shipping notification by email. Do you have a store? Yes, our store is located at 6380 St-Hubert street (in St-Hubert Plaza), Montreal, Quebec, Canada. If you live in Montreal, feel free to visit us. Yes, you can place an order online, and you pay when pick it up in store in montreal. Is my order subject to sales tax? Yes, all sales tax will be added into the total amount when you checkout. Do I need to buy insurance for my order? No, insurance is already included in the shipping fee. Do you ship outside Canada? Yes, we ship internationally, please email us for the quotation, and expect a higher rate & much longer shipping time. How long does it take to receive my order? After your payment is received or cleared, we will send out the items within 2 business days. The transit time is about 2-7 business days, except some extended areas. If you wish to send via express service, please email us for the shipping rate. How do you ship my order? We ship with UPS, Purolator and Canada Post. What if I'm dissatisfied with an item I've bought? At www.Kam-Shing.com, we want you to be satisfied with every product you buy from us. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 7 days upon receipt. Shipping cost is non-refundable, and we are not responsible for the return shipping. What if the item is damage? In the unlikely case you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please keep all the packing materials and email us within 24 hours upon receipt, and we will replace it for you.
